Receipt choices stay yours

This candidate is not released. Receipt uploads remain unavailable until private backup and safe image admission pass qualification together with the Android app. An ON preference currently creates no server copy.

The initial release requires private receipt backup ON for new accounts after clear disclosure. Existing accounts must review historical upload enrollment. You can opt out in Receipts & Privacy. Recognition research is separate and OFF by default.

Local scanning produces suggestions. You review the original before confirming purchases or accepting corrections.
